“Would definitely recommend this hotel. 10 mins walk to town centre and upon arrival you get a parking permit that lasts til noon the next day so plenty of time to stroll into town without having to pay for parking.”
“I thought it was very comfortable, in a quiet location and ideal for visiting all main attractions of Harrogate. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were finished to high standard. I would definitely go back there.”
“We have stayed in some lovely hotels in our times and found this to be the loveliest by far.We really enjoyed our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer, the food was exceptional so were the rooms, we will definitely use this hotel again.”
“We found this to be a very comfortable B & B. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated in trendy black and pastel shades. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. The location is very near to the centre, walking distance from shops etc.”
“I like Harrogate and welcome the opportunity to stay whenever I can. The hotels are expensive and so I decided to look around and avoid the main-stays and chose a bijou type accommodation. It was a great move as I came across the Grafton. It is conveniently placed near to the town centre. There is parking and we arrived to a pleasant welcome. The arrangements were completed easily having booked on line. The rooms are small but pristine. Spotlessly clean with immaculate on suite facilities, there is the added bonus of tea making facilities a plenty and toffees and biscuits . The beds are supremely comfortable and after a good night’s sleep we went to the dining room and enjoyed an excellent breakfast with an extensive selection of cerials, fruits and choices of cooked breakfasts to suit all tastes with vegetarian options served with helpful and considerate staff. All in all, full marks and we will return.”
“The overall quality of this small boutique B&B would match any contemporary four star hotel and that makes for exceptional value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better bedroom and their award-winning breakfast also impressed in both quality and choice. That said the only slight disappointment was with the scrambled eggs, which had a blancmange texture and lacked flavour. There’s a cosy lounge and a residents bar. Staff are extremely attentive and we were made very welcome. The B&B lies in a quiet leafy street and we managed to park right outside. And you can walk to the town centre in under ten minutes. The Grafton would definitely be our choice when returning to Harrogate.”
