Free Parking
We issue guests with free parking permits for on street parking at the front of the Grafton.
Access Statement
The Grafton was originally 2 large stone-built terrace houses erected in the 1920’s. The main frontal area is flat and block paved. Access is via 3 steps, the first being a rise of 10cm with a shallow tread, the second being a rise of 14cm with a deep tread, and finally the third step being a rise of 12cm directly onto the lobby floor. There are no grab rails, ramps or lifts.
The lounge bar is on the ground floor. The width the width of the lounge bar door is 64cm.
At the Grafton there is only 1 ground floor double bedroom. Access is via a door 80cm wide, the en-suite is via a door 60cm wide. The en-suite has a shower which is raised off the floor by 20cm. There are no grab rails in this room and no room for a wheelchair. All remaining bedrooms are on the first and second floors via 2 different staircases. There is no lift access to these rooms.
